When Chris and Kimberly were married at the 7 Stars in 2008, it was one of the biggest weddings to date on the Turks and Caicos. They returned to the island 6 years later to celebrate their engagement, but this time only returned with their lovely daughter Kylie and Kylie’s baby brother or sister.
I picked the lovely family up at the Regent Palms and we proceeded on out Beach Escape to celebrate an anniversary.
We started at Blue Resort which was still called Nikki Beach when Chris and Kimberly were still on the island. They had even considered getting married their originally, but settled on 7 Stars. I really did like the coral colors worn by Kimberly and Kylie, and Kimberly’s flowing dress was a lovely compliment to her pregnancy.
They did not manage to visit Leeward Beach during their initial visit, and were suitably impressed with the seclusion of one of the nicest beaches on the island.
We finished off with a visit to where it all began. The pier at 7 Stars where they had 100+ friends and family witness their commitment to each other.
Unfortunately winter storms have damaged the pier making their wedding one of the only ones fortunate enough to be held there.
Unlike the pier though, this family has grown and continues to do so.
