This wedding at the Seven Stars became quite interesting because we all saw the weather report and tropical storm Bertha was expected that weekend with pretty strong winds and a lot of rain. Plan B’s were being made just in case. Laura at the Seven Stars was prepared for anything. The wedding would be either on the beach, very preferable, or under a tent and even the tent on the Seven Stars deck was equipped with special sides that could be pulled down and closed if need be. But how much was the weather in favor of all of us or rather thank you Bertha for giving us great weather at the time of the ceremony but as well after the ” I do ” and even the next day. The day after the wedding we planned to do another casual beach portrait at the Seven Stars with this beautiful couple and it rained all day, it was windy, thunder and lightning, you name it! Even the power went out for a few hours. Again at 5 pm the weather changed again all to our advantage and the light was amazing. Bertha was not invited to any of our weddings that weekend and she listened and stayed away.
