Although living in Michigan, the Rohr family own a place at the luxurious Gansevoort and are therefore fortunate enough to enjoy the spoils of the island on a relatively regular basis. Being familiar with the island and having done a portrait session with Brilliant Photography before, Karen was after some portraits with her family which would be used as artwork showcasing the family and how Jack and Kelly were growing up.
On what can be described as a blustery day on the island, we made our way through the resort while gravitating towards the beach. No matter which way the wind blows however, sunsets over the ocean are always a spectacular occasion. This particular one was no exception, and with such a handsome family it was always going to be something special.
