Last week I posted some images from a destination wedding at the Seven Stars resort – Richa and Eduardo’s wedding. As a little extra surprise – I also recorded some audio from the wedding – just audio and mixed this in with some music to make a slide show. I like this effect as its not just the song – it adds a layer of this being their story…let me know what you think.
What’s the hardest thing to photograph? IMHO – another photographer….they know your secrets, they know the light, they are for sure thinking out how this shot will turn out…so whenever we get this opportunity it’s always a gut churner…you want it to be your best…
Richa and Eduardo did the whole Indian wedding thing in New York last week. They had the planner, the ballroom, the hundreds of guests and even “pictures by the piano”. However they knew that they also wanted a more simple version – more “them”. So having visited Turks and Caicos several times they chose to become man and wife – legally – on a beach in front of the Seven Stars resort. This wedding was for them 😉
Janice her video at Da Conch Shack, Sailing Paradise and Sapodilla Bay.
This is photo shoot number 4 for Janice. We decided to change locations for every one of the shoots, so this time we went to Blue Hills and Sapodilla Bay. She got some attention in that area, so cool. Makes you feel like a movie star. We had four outfit changes and some wicked shoes!! What was different this time compared to the previous shoots is that Janice is wearing braces. She wanted most photos not to show them, but I put some in any way… because I don’t think it really matters, she is beautiful with and without them. Here are some of my favorite images and Janice……. I owe you a dinner!! I still feel bad for not letting you order that burger 🙂 Just tell me where you would like to go.Read More »Janice.
There have been times during “big” weddings when standing, waiting with the bride to walk down the aisle and some last minute details are holding things up and with her nerves climbing I make the light-hearted comment that “well all we need is really just the two of them and the minister to make this work” and it always gives the bride some slight relief… well yesterday it was just that – Andrew, his bride-to-be Season and Pastor Colby…
I just posted some of Tamie’s photos on our blog but check out her video!
