Fun Island Escape photo shoot with the Ho family

On March 14th I had the opportunity to meet and to do a fun Island Escape photo shoot with the Ho family.  As this was a photo shoot around the island I first picked everyone up at Grace Bay Club Resort were they were staying and then we went for a short drive to the end of Grace Bay beach.

After Grace Bay we moved to Blue Hills to capture some images around the colorful buildings of the Conch Shack, Sailing Paradise and a beautiful water dock.

For the last part, just around one hour before sunset we drove to the south side of Providenciales were we did some images around the beautiful Taylor Bay beach. This was the  perfect place to end the session as the kids had a blast running and jumping in the water ,plus we had a great sunset.

Here are a few images from the session.

Where did the time go – 10 year anniversary .

Over the last few weeks we’ve had the very lovely  pleasure of meeting past couples and families that we’ve helped in previous years. Whilst this happens on a fairly regular basis, we’ve had more than normal over this “spring break” period – what fun ! It’s always great to meet up again, meet new additions to the family and chat about the changes to the island over the last 5, 7 or 10 years. For the Deeb family, we returned to their wedding site at the gorgeous boutique Point Grace Resort. We even managed a quick picture with the Rolls Royce car they used and stood in the very spot, poolside where they said their vows ten years ago. Despite being a little windy on the beach we has to capture a few family groups and moments – it is after all probably the best spot on grace Bay for catching the sunset. The boys were amazing. great fun, happy to play around and did everything with a huge smile – great fun.Read More »Where did the time go – 10 year anniversary .

The Blain Family

With spring break in full flow and now Easter weekend coming up the island is full of families enjoying the sandy beaches and warm water. As well as tourists staying at hotels and villas there are lots of  families that live year round on the island with family visiting for the holidays.  The Jen and Ryan Blain have an office a few doors down from us and asked if we could help with some quick family groups before they headed off for the day on a boat trip. We started at the Ports of Call with its fun, colorful mural of the islands before then continuing in the always beautiful gardens at The Royal West Indies Resort.  Naturally we ended up on the beach and chose a spot away from the main resorts with less people and also close by. A fun family time. Great kids, fabulous.Read More »The Blain Family

Boys having fun

We are now into the start of “spring break” season with many families visiting the Turks and Caicos. We’ve been helping families with teenagers through to toddlers. Each is different, each is fun, each gives a moment to capture a family as it is right now. We caught up with Angie and her family after a 24hr delay as one of the twins wasn’t feeling so well. Read More »Boys having fun

A family portrait in Blue Hills

A few weeks ago I had the great pleasure to do a fun family portrait in Blue Hills. The Danics family used to live in the Turks & Caicos but moved back to Canada last year. During this visit to the islands, they decided to use a Gift Certificate for one of our photo shoots that they were given as a present before they left.

For their hour session they decided they wanted something a little different than photos on Grace Bay beach. I thought Blue Hills was the perfect location for some colorful photos with more of a rustic background that can be found in this area.

For the first part we took some photos with the small colorful shops at Sailing Paradise and then went next to the Conch Shack where we took some photos with some of the big Casuarina trees.

Here are a few images from their session…….
