A couple of weeks back we received a phone call from Robin, the food an beverage manager at the Seven Stars Resort, asking us to help him out organizing a secret proposal on Grace Bay beach. His girlfriend Jena had absolutely no idea what was going to happen. Robin told her they were going for a walk on Grace Bay beach.
After a few text messages about possible locations for the secret proposal we decided to use a location at the end of Grace Bay beach, away from all the hotels and as private as possible. The weather wasn’t cooperating much that afternoon and we all got a little worried that Jena thought a beach walk might not be a good idea. Luckily the weather cleared just at the right time.
On August 19th, about an hour before sunset, Robin finally proposed to Jena on the most beautiful beach in the world, Grace Bay in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and she said YES!
We are looking very much forward to their wedding day. Anita hopes already it will be in the Netherlands. Many congratulations to Robin and Jena. Here are a few images from the secret proposal…..
Parrot Cay is one of our favourite properties to photograph weddings here in the Turks & Caicos Islands. This exclusive, private island with it’s stunning white sandy beaches takes any wedding event to the next level.
A few weeks ago we had the great pleasure to photograph a stunning wedding at this location. Mary and Sean Tabor knew that Turks & Caicos was the perfect place to celebrate their destination wedding and Parrot Cay Resort could offer everything the couple wanted to have an exclusive and very private affair.
Their wedding ceremony took place on May 7th at the beach just a few feet away from their private villa. After a lovely ceremony, everyone moved back to the hotel for dinner and then back to the villa for dancing and partying under the stars…a perfect ending for a beautiful wedding.

This Parrot Cay 10 year anniversary shoot was a whole lot of fun with this great looking couple. Jennie had definitely put some planning into… Read More »Parrot Cay 10 year anniversary
Ankur first met his Bride-to-be, Arati, whilst they were both on vacation in Turkey. After getting engaged and looking at potential locations for a very small wedding, they decided to elope to the beautiful Turks & Caicos Islands.
On April 23rd, a couple of hours before the wedding, I met with the Bride and Groom at their villa. We took a drive around the island to get some colourful images before heading to meet with with the wedding officiate.
Arati and Ankur wanted to have some images taken with their traditional Indian clothes first and then some with regular beach clothing before getting into their wedding attire.
Their wedding ceremony took place at the end of Grace Bay beach just before sunset.
Here are a few images from the shoot…

Just a day after I photographed the wedding of Hannah and Kamau at the Blue Haven Resort & Marina we met once again but this time was for a ‘trash’ the wedding dress
For the first part of the photo shoot we went for a short drive to Leeward beach were we did a quick few photos and then went to the opposite side of the island looking for clear water for the underwater photos.
When we got to Malcolm’s beach the water wasn’t very calm but it actually made it more fun trying to get some photos of Hannah and Kamau on a bicycle underwater. We first started doing some half and half underwater photos and for the perfect ending we did the full underwater ‘trash’ the wedding dress 🙂
Here are a few images of their ‘trash’ the wedding dress…..
